Plastic injection, overmolding and extrusion
Based in the industrial zone of Ambert (63), we are a French plastics processing company founded in 2012, and specializing in the production of cord, braid and ribbon finishes by textile plastic overmolding. Atiplast is a member of the Polyvia plasturgie union and works mainly for the industrial sector.
Our plastics company designs and manufactures a wide range of customized products, such as plastic ferrules, buckle accessories and technical plastic parts. We create made-to-measure parts by plastic injection or micro-injection for well-known players in the automotive industry, the medical sector, luggage, sports, outdoor leisure, garden furniture… on our own or as plastic subcontractors.
We also produce tubes, profiles and rods by plastic extrusion.
We’re with you every step of the way, from the design of plastic parts using 3D modeling, to small- and medium-scale production in line with your specifications. The entire manufacturing process is carried out in France, using a wide range of thermoplastic materials.
